RAISE YOUR STEINS TO CLEVELAND’S ICONIC OKTOBERFEST RETURNING FOR TWO WEEKENDS, SEPTEMBER 1-4 and 8-9
style=”font-weight:bold; fint-size:120%;”>One of the world’s largest Oktoberfest celebrations is back at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds
Cleveland, Ohio (July 15, 2023) – Cleveland’s Oktoberfest festivities return to the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds (19201 E. Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights) for two weekends – kicking off over the long Labor Day Weekend (September 1-4) and the following weekend on September 8 and 9.
The Paulaner Cleveland Oktoberfest – sponsored by Jägermeister – marks one of the largest Labor Day weekend events in the United States and the city’s most anticipated cultural festival.
What’s on tap for this year’s event?
- Assortment of more than 15 craft Oktoberfest-style beers (with Great Lakes Brewing Company being the 2nd-weekend featured brewer and official sponsor)
- Full lineup of recognized bands including, Grammy-nominated Alex Meixner Band, The Chardon Polka Band and Fred Ziwich & His International Sound Machine, among others. Additionally, the highly anticipated return of Dorfrocker to the festival the second weekend from Germany after a 3-year covid hiatus.
- Features including: Wiener dog races, fireworks, Miss Oktoberfest Contest, Bavarian Shopping Village, 5K Bier Run, The Best Oktoberfest Microbrew Competition, Art Market, The International Pavilion, Classic Car Show (new), and the largest glockenspiel in the entire country.
- Authentic German and European foods
“With each passing year the excitement grows and I am so grateful to once again unite with community partners to bring the rich German culture the community has come to expect,” said President of Heritage Productions, Adam Roggenburk. “More than 100,000 people are expected to attend, and it’s really powerful to witness the incredible impact that Oktoberfest has on our city.”

Tickets are also available at the box office. Kids under age 12 are free. Labor Day (September 4) is Military Monday; show your military I.D. for a complimentary ticket. Parking is free.
